Lindsay Kelley

Editorial Board Manager, PLOS ONE

For the 15 years prior to joining PLOS, Lindsay worked for a variety of internet concerns, including Netscape Communications and the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education. She taught in the Film & Digital Media Department at the University of California Santa Cruz, where she earned a MFA in Digital Art and New Media and a Ph.D in History of Consciousness. Kelley’s art practice explores how haptic and proprioceptive experiences interface with the biotechnologies populating our gastronomic landscape, considering how the experience of ingestion might change when technologies are being eaten. She is an International Research Fellow at the Center for Fine Art Research, Birmingham City University.
