Katie Saunders

Katie graduated from the University of Texas in 2007 with a BS in Biology. She then obtained an MS in biology from the University of Florida studying the mating behavior of horseshoe crabs. After spending five months on the Farallon Islands studying seabirds, she decided to rejoin civilization and began working at PLoS ONE. Katie enjoys baking, cooking, hiking, and birding.
