However reiterated, these age old arguments evidently bring to light semantics, the word medicine used with different meanings, with fuzzy, non-definitive focus on the conditionals practice and research. Common conditionals that offer further definition, failure to clearly incorporate the greater definitions makes the discussion one of semantics.
