We could not continue to undergo the intellectual diktat of associations or personalities which generally choose the lie, the insult or the aggression against the institutes of research, the whole being packed in a speech where they wrongly adapt the exclusiveness in the “citizenship” to give a report on their certainty and nonfounded beliefs. As for us, against all the misinformations and all the obscurantisms, we make a point of repeating that the greatest evils which threaten our planet are ignorance and oppression and not science, technology and industry. We call some with the broadest support for the petition in defense of research.........
